ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1. Why do I have to fill up the Customer Registration Form?

The first time shopper has to fill up the Registration Form to enjoy the
following privileges:
 
• To view product prices;
• Get e-mail updates on the newest arrivals and special promotions;
• Access to account history;
• Special privileges like free gifts, discounted items and many more;
• Easy check-out not requiring re-entry of personal and billing information;
• Tracking or tracing status of an order or delivery.
 
2. What is my “Account”?
Your Account contains your personal information and other records 
at www.medicalshop.com.ph protected by a username and password
(which you must not share with others). You may change or edit your
personal entries and password anytime you deemed necessary.
 
3. How can I change or edit my account information?
Once logged-in, go the Members section of the homepage and you
will automatically be brought to your account information. You may
edit or change any data you may need by choosing the Modify Account option.

4. How can I see my previous purchase?

To see your most recent purchase click on to the Members section tab
on the page’s menu.

5. How many transactions can my “Account History” show?

Your Account History will show you your most recent purchase and up
to the 49 more of your purchases with www.medicalshop.com.ph.
You will be able to view the details of your purchases such as date
of purchase, amount of purchase, order status and payment method.

ORDERING and SENDING

1. How do I place an order?

• Be sure to login first before you shop.
• For New Shoppers – fill up the Customer’s Registration Form. 
Confirm your registration via email.
• For Registered Shoppers – enter your password and it automatically 
shows the product price.
• Click on the item you wish to buy.
• Place the items in your shopping cart by clicking the “BUY” button.
• Click on the drop down menu the number of items you wish to purchase.
• Enter the number of orders and click the “Recalculate” button to update the amount.
• “Remove” to delete the product order.
• “Continue Shopping” to select another product.
• “Check Out” to process order.
• Click the “Check Out” button.
• After clicking on the “Check-Out” button and an order verification will be shown.
• Then the shipping information will be automatically filled up with the Recipient’s data.
Click the “Change Data” to change shipping address.
• Fill up the delivery options.
• Click the “Submit” button.
• After clicking the “Submit “ button, an Invoice will be shown for print
out as your copy. A copy will also be sent to your e-mail address.
• As well as confirmation e-mail for your order.

2. Can I make a special order of items not shown on the website?

www.medicalshop.com.ph will acknowledge special orders or requests
and those items that you like to give but is not currently available on
this website. The requests can be e-mailed to wecare@medicalshop.com.ph
or can be sent via fax at +63 2 712 6789.

3. Can I have multiple orders?

Yes. But please take note that medicalshop.cm.ph cannot process one
order to multiple addresses. It is required to place separate orders for
each address you are sending to. For convenience, you have the option
to fill-up a fax form for an order sent to multiple addresses.

4. How do I know you received my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email
with your order number and a link to the invoice page of your purchase.

5. May I send a gift outside Metro Manila?

Yes,medicalshop.com.ph delivers nationwide. However, recipients
in remote provincial areas not covered by our courier’s service will be
requested to pick up their items from the nearest designated courier’s office.

6. If I am from the Philippines, may I also use your services and order at
 
Yes. We encourage you order via online and save yourself time and effort
in traveling through traffic & pollution and encountering parking problems
on your way to purchase your much needed homecare medical supplies
and/or equipment. You also save a lot on purchasing online, as the prices
are much lower as compared in the stores in malls.

7. How long does it take to process my order?

Your orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours for
Metro Manila. Orders for provincial areas will be delivered within 10 – 15
working days via sea and within 5 days via air.

8. I have no credit card, can I still order?

Yes, you may still order without a credit card. We accept COD or Cash
on Delivery for Metro Manila orders and wire transfer from your bank
account to medicalshop.cm.ph’s bank:

Or you may personally deposit your payment at Banco de Oro using

9. How will I know if my intended recipient received my items or not?
 
You will receive a confirmation e-mail if you chose to be notified in the
“Check Out” page. Or you may login to your account in the Members’ page
of the website to check the status of your order.

10. I want to order today but I want it to be delivered on a specific date, how?

During you’re the “Check out “ process you will be asked for the most
convenient day and time for delivery. Or to ensure that we get your special
request, email us at wecare@medicalshp.com.ph stating your special instructions.

11. I can’t find the item I’m looking for? Can you help me?

Email us at wecare@medicalshop.com.ph stating that you are looking for a
particular item. The more information you can give us on the item will help us
better chances in sourcing the particular item for you.

12. Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide. However, there are certain areas not covered by
our courier’s services. There will be an arranged pick-up point for the recipient
that is usually the nearest courier’s office to the recipient’s delivery address.
If you are in doubt of the coverage of the delivery area, send us an e-mail
at wecare@medicalshop.com.ph expressing your concern. We will find out
if your intended recipient’s delivery address is within the courier’s service areas.
 
13. How much is delivery charge?
 
Delivery within Metro Manila is free for a minimum purchase of P 2,500.00
For areas outside Metro Manila, the delivery or shipping is determined by
the value, size and weight of the item/s.
 
14. If I order more than 1 item, how much will my shipping charge be?
 
For a minimum amount of P 2,500.00, no matter the quantity of your items,
we will deliver for free within Metro Manila. However, for provincial areas,
the delivery charge will depend on the value, size and weight of the item/s.

15. How do you ship?

For Metro Manila, we deliver either through our own delivery personnel or
via courier services. We use the services of a courier company for provincial
deliveries.
 
16. Do you deliver Saturdays and Sundays?

We deliver Monday to Friday only .

17. Can you provide me proof of delivery?

Proof of delivery is available upon request. Please allow at least 2 weeks in
order to prepare the necessary documents .
 
18. How do I return an item?
 
Returning an item for exchange is simple. Just email us the following
information: the defect of the item purchased, date of purchase and
invoice number, date of delivery and serial / lot or batch number of the item,
if applicable. For more information, please check our Return policies page.

1. What credit cards can I use for payment?

medicalshop.cm.ph accepts VISA, Mastercard, JCB and American Express

2. Is it safe to use a credit card?

Yes, medicalshop.com.ph protects you while you shop so you do not have
to worry about online payment medicalshop.cm.ph uses SSL (Secured Socket Layer).

3. What is SSL?

SSL or Secured Socket Layer is a secured server software that is the I
ndustry standard and among the best software available today for secure
Internet transactions. It encrypts all personal information including
credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as
the information travels through the Internet.

4. What if there are unauthorized charges on my credit card?

medicalshop.cm.ph guarantees that you pay nothing if unauthorized
charges are incurred on your credit card, however, medicalshop.com.ph
will consider an item as properly delivered if the declared recipient signs
the delivery receipt form.

5. Is there any other way to pay aside from using credit card?

You will charged once your purchase and credit card information submitted
has been verified and approved .

7. Are there any extra charges?

Shipping fees for deliveries outside Metro Manila are the only extra charges
you will pay.

8. What will appear on my credit card statement?

The Medical Shop, Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.

 

9. What is 3D Secure? A Safer Internet Shopping.

with VERIFIED BY VISA, SECURECODE BY MASTERCARD & J/SECURE BY JCB
 
 
With the advent of this new service offered by Visa, internet shopping is made
more secure as it enables each cardholder to authenticate themselves via
their unique Password/Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) generated
through their own Issuers.
 
Easy-to-use as it is secure (you can ask the 350 million credit cardholders who
have already registered for this service), this authentication service is designed
to boost confidence in online shopping.

TWO LEVELS OF SECURITY

After shopping at The Medical Shop , a cardholder checking out is prompted
for a PIN by his or her Issuer in the same way that one is prompted for a
Password/PIN whenever transacting at an ATM. This means that nobody else
can use your credit card account even if they manage to acquire of your card
number by some unauthorized manner. When registering for either Verified by
Visa, SecureCode by Mastercard and J/Secure by JCB a cardholder is required
to create a Personal Assurance Message (PAM). During the transaction, the PAM
is also generated by the Issuer so the cardholder is reassured that the prompt
for the Password/PIN is actually from his or her Issuer.
 
HOW TO REGISTER?
 
1. Assuming that your issuer is already offering this service, go to their website
and register at the appropriate page offering Verified by Visa, SecureCode by
Mastercard and J/Secure by JCB. 
 
(If your Issuing bank is not yet offering this authentication service, the payment
process for your online transactions will not be affected.)
 
2. Enter your card details as prompted.
 
3. Create your PAM and Password/PIN (once registered, you will be required
to use this PIN every time you shop online).

4. What's next? Start shopping at The Medical Shop.
 
5. After selecting your credit card's brand as your payment method, key-in your
credit card details as directed.
 
6. Wait for the authentication screen...
 
7. Check out your PAM to make sure that you're actually dealing with your Issuer.
 
8. Enter and submit your Password/PIN to authorize the transaction and complete
your purchase.
 
9. Take note that the authentication service adds some more time in the transaction
process - a reasonable trade-off for a more secure transaction. Do not close the
pop-up verify window as this will cancel the transaction.
