RETURNS OF GOODS POLICY

· Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be
made within three (3) working days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at
wecare@medicalshop.com.ph. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions
via e-mail.

· A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is
authorized. The form is to be attached with goods together with a copy of our
delivery invoice and any other relevant correspondence.

· The product must be in its original delivery condition and sent to us prepaid and
insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
The Medical Shop, Inc. may charge administrative, handling and
bank cable charges depending on the circumstances.

· Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the
management of The Medical Shop, Inc.

COLLECTION OF GOODS

· The Medical Shop, Inc. will arrange for goods to be collected unless, otherwise
agreed in writing.

· If the goods have been returned without any written authorization by The Medical
Shop, Inc., the company will not be responsible for freight charges (for any
reason).

· The Medical Shop, Inc. deserves the right not to accept products that are
returned in a condition that does not permit re-stocking and/or re-sale. Such
products will not receive credit and will be returned to you at your expense or
donated in your name to charity.

· The Medical Shop, Inc. is a retailer and does not manufacture any of the
products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of The Medical Shop, Inc. arising
from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the
product ordered.

SHIPPING

· We currently deliver only within the Philippines.

· All orders made before 3:00 PM Manila time Mondays to Fridays will be
processed the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed
the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays
and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Merchandise destined for
Metro Manila will be delivered within 48 hours while major Philippine cities in the
provinces will be delivered within five to fifteen working days depending on the
location.

PRIVACY

· All required personal information and passwords you submit while creating an
account are protected using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and
are kept in a secure database within our servers.

· We store your domain name and e-mail address (where possible), aggregate
information on what pages you access or visit, and other information you
volunteer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Other information
is used to improve the site's product and service offerings to make shopping
more convenient and enjoyable for you. These are kept STRICTLY
CONFIDENTIAL. We do not share the information we collect from you with other

· Security is our number one priority for our on-line customers. That is why we
have gone to great lengths to ensure that your credit card information are safe
when you transact at The Medical Shop. Our security services are provided by
AsiaPay, the leading online payment provider.

· When you send your credit card information, AsiaPay encrypts this information
before it is transmitted to our merchant bank's online credit card approval system.
This information goes directly to our merchant bank, BDO – Banco De Oro, after
Verisign decrypts it. We do not store any credit card information. For your added
security, our merchant bank will request you to enter the last three digits of the
CVN (Card Verification Number) found at the back of your credit card.
